Returns the last recorded score of each unfinished trial.
Parameters:
trials (List[Trial]) – The trials to read scores from.
Returns:
The last score of each trial in trials that has a score and
hasn’t finished. Scores are mode-adjusted: the metric value is
negated when mode is "min", so higher is always better.
